GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Paid parking is available in the surrounding area and at the Texas Facilities Parking Garages located between 12th St. and 17th St. along San Jacinto Blvd. and Trinity St. Access garages from 15th street to avoid traffic in the south Red River Area.

    Additionally, you can use the Trip Planner at capmetro.org/plan for public transit options.

    Personal bike parking is available at 15th St. & Red River St. and along Trinity St. between 12th St. & 15th St.

    If you purchased the parking upgrade with your ticket, parking is available in Garage F off of San Jacinto Street.

  • Small clutch bags with a maximum size of 4.5” x 6.5.”

    Prescription Medicine Requirements:
    • Anyone needing prescription medicine at the venue must present the pharmacy-labeled container which states the prescription, dosage, and patient name to our medical staff at each entrance gate.
    • Patrons are only allowed a sufficient supply of the prescribed medication for that day.
    • Medicines needing to be inhaled or smoked are prohibited unless in a prescribed inhaler.
    • Over the counter medications are allowed in a sufficient supply for the day. Bottle contents will be verified by medical personnel at the entry gates.

    If you bring an item to the venue that is not permitted, we do NOT have an item check-in on site. Guests will be asked to return said item to their vehicle or discard in the appropriate trash/recycling receptacle.

ACCESSIBILITY GUIDE

  • The ADA Entrance at Moody Amphitheater is located at 1401 N. Trinity St. Austin, TX 78701. ADA ticket holders may enter ADA Entrance with a companion, caretaker, or others in their ticketing party.

  • Moody Amphitheater has ADA seating options at a variety of different price levels. If you are in need of accessible seating, please contact boxoffice@waterloogreenway.org.

  • State parking garages have ADA parking spaces available first-come first-served on event nights. Convenient venue access is provided immediately east across the street from the garages to the designated ADA entrance.

    If you are receiving a Cap Metro Special Transit ride, please instruct the driver to drop you off at 1401 North Trinity street. Expects delays at the end of night during public egress and traffic from the venue.

    Capital Metro bus stops located near the venue include:
    Stop ID 593: at Lavaca/15th St.
    Stop ID 864: at Trinity/12th St.
    Stop ID 919: at San Jacinto/14th St.
    Stop ID 6382: at Red River/11th St.

  • If you will need an interpreter for an event, please give us at least 2 weeks notice to secure. Guests that request an interpreter will need to pick up their tickets at will call. When the tickets are picked up we will introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats. There is no charge for interpreter services. Please email info@waterloogreenway.org to arrange for an interpreter for your visit.

  • ADA stalls are located in each restroom at the northern and southern ends of the venue.

OTHER FAQS

  • Alcohol will be sold on site at concessions. A valid and current driver's license or state I.D. card is required to purchase alcohol.

  • Baby changing stations are located in the women’s restroom at the northern end of the venue, in the Family restroom at the southern end of the venue, and in the Waterloo Park Family Pavilion gender-neutral restroom.

  • Personal cameras are permitted, however no flash photography, video recording equipment or removable lens devices are allowed, unless approved by the venue.

  • Overnight camping is not allowed at Waterloo Park.

  • Cancellations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancellation, or an act of God. In the event of a cancellation local media will be notified and any information about a potential reschedule will be made available. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase.

  • Park goers of all ages are welcome at all Waterloo Park events, unless otherwise stated. We do not require a ticket for children ages two and under, but they must sit on a parent's lap. Tickets are required for children ages three and up.

    Baby changing stations are located in the women’s restroom at the northern end of the venue, in the Family restroom at the southern end of the venue, and in the Waterloo Park Family Pavilion gender-neutral restroom.

    Nursing parents are welcomed to breast feed and pump in any area of Waterloo Park where you are comfortable.

  • Moody Amphitheater at Waterloo Park is proud to partner with FBR Management to offer a wide variety of concession options throughout the venue, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, food, and snacks. Please note that we are 100% cashless.

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay.

  • Moody Amphitheater does not allow weapons on our property. Guests should follow all applicable laws regarding securing a weapon in a vehicle if they have it on them when they arrive. The venue will not secure weapons and will take no responsibility for any weapons left in vehicles.

  • The ride share drop-off and pick-up point for Moody Amphitheater events is located along the north curb line of 12 st. just past Red River St. Access ONLY available from Red River northbound, or 12th St. via IH 35 frontage road. Expect delays and traffic as you get closer to the venue.

  • The main entrance to Moody Amphitheater is located on Red River St. between 12th St. and 15th St. There is NO drive up access to the main entrance.

  • Shows will go on rain or shine; however, in the event of severe weather, we will keep our fans notified via our website and social media channels.

  • Lost & Found is located at the main entrance of Moody Amphitheater at Waterloo Park on the 14th St. Bridge.‍

    On concert/event days, check in with the security supervisor at the main entrance for assistance. All found items are accepted by the main entrance security supervisor and held at Bag Check until the end of the event.

    At the conclusion of each event, all found items are held at the Moody Amphitheater Guest Services Office, located on the north side of the venue.

    Found items will be held for a maximum of one week after they are turned in. After one week, blankets, chairs, hats, and other soft goods will be donated to local homeless shelters.

    Phones, IDs, credit cards, keys, and other items that may contain identifying information will be held for two weeks before being boxed and stored in a secure location with Waterloo Greenway Conservancy for 90 days. After 90 days, all found items will be destroyed.

    On non-event days, if you are looking for an item that was lost at Moody Amphitheater at Waterloo Park, please get in touch with us at lostandfound@waterloogreenway.org and a member of our team will assist you. Be sure to include a detailed description of your lost item(s), the date you visited, and contact information. For urgent Lost and Found inquiries, please leave a message with our office at 512-682-8056.

  • First Aid is located on the north side of the Moody Amphitheater, near the Box Office.

  • Re-entry is permitted.

    *If you are ejected from the venue due to a policy violation there will be no re-entry allowed.

  • Service animals trained for a specific purpose are allowed in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act or relevant state and local laws. Emotional support animals are not allowed.

  • Smoking, vaping or illegal drug use is prohibited at Waterloo Park.

  • Strollers are not permitted at Moody Amphitheater. The lawn has an incline that makes it unsafe for strollers at the venue. There is NO parking or storage areas for strollers at the venue.

  • If you purchased the parking upgrade with your ticket, parking is available in Garage F off of San Jacinto Street.
